2 Candy Canes & A Chocolate Bark

2 Candy Canes & a Chocolate Bark 

| Ingredients | 

2 White Chocolate Blocks Whittakers Chocolate or Cadbury Dream Chocolate 

1 Tsp Oil 

| Candy Cane |

1 Packet of Candy Canes, Crushed 

 

| Cranberry and Pistachios | 

1 Cup of Dried Cranberries 

1/2 - 3/4 Cup Pistachios, Crushed

 

| Method | 

Get a flat baking tray and cover with baking paper.

Chop or place candy canes in food processor and process until you form a crumb like texture. 

Fill saucepan with water and bring to the boil. Turn dial to low and place glass or metal bowl so its sitting on the saucepan. Slowly melt chocolate in the glass/metal bowl on a low heat continually stirring until smooth and completely melted. 

Tip chocolate on top of the baking tray and baking paper, tilt the tray to make a thin layer of chocolate sprinkle with candy canes and put in the fridge to set for an hour! 

Break chocolate roughly and enjoy!
