1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
| Method |
- Peel and finely slice the onions lengthways.
- On a low heat, add 1 Tbsp of oil into the saucepan and cook until soft and tender.
- Add 1 Tbsp of balsamic vinegar and 2 Tbsp of brown sugar and turn the heat up slightly.
- Continue to stir until the onions become caramelised, sticky and a darker shade. (Allow 15-20 Minutes).
- Allow to cool.
- Served best with Angus Beef sausages and bread
