2 Cups of Oats & Peanut Butter, Hazelnut Granola

This is a recipe that combines all my favourite flavours and is ridiculously hard to stop eating. Friends request this granola over and over. We had a Beautiful long weekend in the breathtaking Le Bons Bay and this was the perfect way to start the day and made for naughty snacking. 

| Ingredients |

2 Cups of Oats 

2 Tbsp of Butter/Olive Oil or Coconut Oil 

1/4 - 1/2 Cup of Maple Syrup 

1/2 - 3/4 Cup Peanut Butter 

1 Cup of Chopped Hazelnuts 

1 Cup Coconut Chips 

2 Tsp Vanilla Essence 

Pinch of Salt

Optional: Chopped Peanuts 


| Method |

  1. Preheat Oven to 200 
  2. Add all the Ingredients and combine in a bowl. 
  3. Lay baking paper on a flat tray and spread granola mix over the tray. 
  4. Cook 8-10 Minutes and then re mix and fold over the granola and place bake in the oven and cook for further 4 minutes until browned nicely. 
  5. Leave 10- 20 Minutes to cool down and serve with milk/cream. You are more than welcome to serve with berries but this granola speaks for itself xx
